SPECIALIZATION AND EXPERIENCE

HITTING

Our hitting philosophy is centered on Damage Control, blending old-school fundamentals with modern analytics. We focus on developing adaptable hitters who can adjust pitch-to-pitch, and maximizing players’ strengths. By refining individual hitting styles and enhancing in-game focus, we create smart, resilient hitters who consistently “control damage at the plate."

baseball fundamentals

We focus on fundamentals: Catch-Throw-Catch. Catching the ball—whether it's a ground ball hit, hard, soft, routine or pop fly ball. Throw—throwing it accurately, flipping it smoothly. Fielders must understand situations. Playing above the shoulders mentally is one key to becoming an elite fielder.

INFIELD

For infielders, it’s all about playing lower than the ball—training hard to make tough plays look easy and always making the routine play. Quick hands, quiet feet, and smooth execution are essential. Our motto: “play loose, play low, get dirty."

player development

Our player development is a process that requires patience, consistent effort, and a clear plan tailored to each individual player. We focus on building strong fundamentals, making it an individualized approach mixed with mental resilience and adaptability. We also put an emphasis on game situations.

One thing separates average players from elite players.
